As a response to the Over-the-Air Power Siphon and Measurement Challenge at Wazoku.com, AIDAR is a remote method which employs ultrasonic waves for generating acoustic resonance and other effects to accelerate self-discharge and cause additional loss of stored energy. It also performs indirect measurements of remaining charges in batteries or capacitors. The notion may offer an alternative way of thinking which brings a unique opportunity for tackling the threats of IEDs.

A response to the Effective Sewage Treatment in Italian National Parks Challenge at Wazoku.com. PSAUSH is an integrated solution that employs a unique filter to separate suspended particles from sewage (> 99%) and ultrasonic sludge hydrolysis for sludge reduction, reaching an expected reduction rate of > 50%. The concept can offer an effective, flexible and yet safe sewage treatment solution that can be applied to environmentally sensitive areas such as national parks in different conditions.

Third Place (2023): RAUBA - RFID-Assisted Ultrasonic Bait Assessment

RAUBA is a submission to the Detecting Depletion of Solid Termite Bait in Subterranean Bait Stations Challenge at Wazoku.com and won the third place. It combines ultrasound to assess depletion of solid termite bait subterranean bait stations and RFID technology to transfer digital data for achieving remote monitoring. The notion can be extended to similar applications that need an effective and efficient option for remotely assessing the interior conditions which may dynamically change.
